Pretend that you are going to hand over a cell phone and give them a good three second stun to watch them fall to the ground and twitch. The Pretender Cell Phone Stun Gun has a safety switch that must be in the "On" position. The LED warning light will turn on indicating the stun gun is armed. Once the Pretender Cell Phone Stun Gun is turned on, you must press the Stun Button to initiate a 4.5 million volt discharge.
